Dosage & Use:

Adults and children over 12 years: Take 1 or 2 tablets at night, increasing up to 4 tablets if necessary.
Not recommended for children under 12 years.
Drink plenty of water when using this medication.
Prolonged use is not recommended to avoid dependence or serious bowel issues.
Should not be used if there is abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, or diarrhoea.
